Thanks for purchasing tickets for The Majestic Theatre in Crested Butte, CO!
Picking Up Tickets: All attendees must wait in line to check-in with a Majestic employee for will call tickets. You can check-in at the counter by simply telling us your last name. Because we are a small, independent, nonprofit cinema, there is unfortunately no way to skip the line with will-call tickets. If you are checking in without your entire party, we will print out your tickets and you must get the physical tickets to the remainder of your party.
Mandatory Bag Checks: Any bags brought inside of the Majestic will be checked for food, alcohol, and weapons. We do not allow any outside concessions inside the Majestic, including all types of alcohol, non-alcoholic drinks, candy and food. If a guest brings in any outside concessions, they will be confiscated by our staff.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All purchases are final sale.
Tips: We open 30 minutes before our first showtime of the day. Auditoriums typically open 20 minutes before scheduled showtimes. We encourage you to walk, bike, or take the bus to the Majestic! You can grab free town shuttle to the 6th & Belleview stop, which is just a quick walk across the parking lot from our entrance.
