HOST A COMMUNITY EVENT

Nothing makes us happier than lending our space out to another organization for fun, educational, and inspiring events! As a nonprofit cinema, we aim to make the Majestic an easy and affordable place to host your community event.

$300 Price Includes

  • Exclusive use of the 89 seat rental theater for 2.5 hours
  • Option to play slideshow before + after film
  • Microphones for pre-show speech
  • Table in lobby for check-in/outreach/merchandise sales
  • Lobby access 1 hour before event
  • Theater access 30 mins before event
  • Use of Majestic Ticketing Platform (credit card fees apply) (optional)
  • Event included in Majestic marketing (optional)

    • Put Your Event on the Majestic’s Marquee +$100
      • Up to 16 characters
    • Projectionist +$100/hr w/2 Sub-bullets
      • Necessary for multiple films/videos
    • Intermission with microphones +$50
    • Q+A following film with microphones +$50
    • Licensing for Film (price depends on film)

    AVAILABILITY

    We have two rental slots available per day – 3:30 and 6:30 pm. If those slots are marked as reserved, we are unfortunately booked for rentals that day. If there is no mention of a 3:30 or 6:30 reservation on the day you are looking for, that slot is available!
